Welcome to Eugene Neal Animal Rescue

Eugene Neal Animal Rescue is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization founded in 2008, dedicated to the rescue, care and adoption of Union Parish dogs and cats in need. We began in 2008 as Union Humane Society and changed our name in 2024. We are a small all-volunteer organization of individuals in Union Parish that are devoted to helping animals in need. Our Mission is to utilize every opportunity to assist a dog or cat in need, to ensure their health and happiness, and place them in loving forever homes. To assist and educate the community on the need for spay and neuter to decrease the population of stray animals in Louisiana.
